ITIL Exam Figures Dropping

ITIL figures of the review of the first half of 2014 show a considerable loss compared to 2013, as recently reported Axelos. Europe still seems to be quite stable: a decrease of 3%. The actual loss which affects the volume in North America (-11%) and Asia (20%). This is in line with Gartner news, saying that customers ask the question: "Why do we ROI ITIL investments" As usual, this question is difficult to answer: measuring improvement of organization is not a default component of ITIL projects.
